Core Services

Policy, Programme & Provider Review
We help our clients understand best practice and legal obligation and within that context their own appetite for risk and ownership. From there we perform gap analyses, provider interviews and utilisation reviews to advise on the potential of what is already in place.

Policy, Programme & Provider Review

Supplier Relationship Management & Procurement
Provider management and service optimisation is key, but only once you have the right providers in place. If you don't, we help you go to market and manage an end-to-end procurement process that delivers the right providers against the right scope at the right price, and then we manage them for you.

Supplier Relationship Management & Procurement

Authorised Person, Incident Response & Bridging Services
We can also act as Authorised Persons on your operations procedures, supporting incident management from within and deploying to incidents as company representatives if required. We can also arrange bridging services between provider contract terms, allowing you to terminate an existing provider and remove their service.

How we Work

How we Work

1

The Fit

Our first step is always to get to know you and allow you to get to know us. Are we a 'good fit' and can we help?
2

Subscription

We offer three levels of subscription, each progressing through an increasing remit of engagement. Which is right for you?
3

Kick-Off

By this stage, the intention is set that we are supporting for the foreseeable future. So, we map your programmes, priorities, renewal dates and pain points. Where do we start?
4

Providers

The nature of the role we play in front of your providers is up to you and by this stage has been established, but the introduction to each provider to set the scene and secure our involvement is a key step.
5

Implementation

Have the services you've already purchased been implemented well, are they performing and are your employees aware of and engaging with them?
6

Utilisation

Are the services in place being utilised and to what level? If not, is it account management or internal resources which need to be addressed?
7

Incidents

Case review and incident debriefs are often missed but are key. Here we review all previous case activity from the trivial to the serious, firstly with you and then involving the provider concerned.
8

Renewal

Far from an automatic decision, we help you decide during the year as to whether we are moving towards a renewal negotiation with the current provider, or going to market to consider options.
9

Procurement

If a 'go to market' and procurement process is required, we begin scoping, communicating and meeting providers months in advance.
