How we do things.
Each of the below courses requires 5 hours of delivery time and can be delivered over one or two sessions. They can be delivered in person at your premises or online and there is no limit to the number of attendees.
Each course is aimed at the multi-stakeholder group who share the ownership of the travel risk management programme, this maybe just one of you holding the fort or oftentimes as many as six or more departments. The courses are a mix or presented material, case studies and interactive discussion.

Course 3. 'Risks & Rewards: Demonstrating ROI to the C-Suite, Business Cases & Budgets'
Designed for those wishing to confidently demonstrate the Return on Investment of an existing Travel Risk Programme and/or those wishing to fight for larger budgets, or indeed defend an existing one.
Course 4. 'Operational Responsibility: Being an Effective Authorised Person for your Provider, Employer & Traveller'
An essential course for those wanting to ensure they play their part effectively and efficiently during a crisis overseas. The role of an Authorised Person is critical one, and when set up properly is one that will ensure Providers are empowered to act, Boards are able to make Decisions and Travellers experience no barrier to care... and you don't feel that you're 'on-call'.
